The Snowball device is a low-cost board based on the Nova™ A9500 application processor and is maintained by the Igloo developer community. More details on the Igloo community are available at the following link: http://www.igloocommunity.org/ This project hosts the Android stagefright module extensions developed by STmicroelectronics in order to support MPEG DASH (Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP) video streaming technology on top of Snowball allowing adaptation during streaming of full HD 1080p video contents.
