NutriDB is an Android implementation of Release 24 of the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference.
You can search NutriDB for food items and obtain a list of nutrients for that item. When you specify the weight of an item in grams (or in common household measures), the nutrient values for that weight is displayed and can be added to a tally of daily nutrition.
