DWI (Database Web Interface) is a PHP web app that lets you view and modify data in a SQL database, using a familiar Excel-like view of the data. Currently only MySQL is supported.
Most of the tools that provide a web interface to a database are designed for a fairly technical audience, such as database administrators. DWI was designed for users who do not live and breathe databases, who want a simple way to view and modify data.
Just download DWI into your web server"s document root, point it to your database, and you"re ready to go. (For more detailed installation instructions, see the Quick Start guide on the Wiki tab.)
