PyMail aims to re-simplify the task of sending email.

Unless you"re working in a heavily developed PHP framework, quickly and intuitively crafting an email is frequently an awful series of incantations involving imports and lambs" blood.
Think of every other connector out there. You tell it first what the SMTP server is, how to connect, give it your username and password, yada yada... you can"t actually work with the message until you"ve got a working SMTP connection. That sucks for debugging, when you haven"t got an SMTP server handy.
For the sake of analogy, imagine if you had to absolutely know which post office you were going to use before you could even begin writing a physical letter. Ridiculous? Yeah, we think so too.
Further, shouldn"t you be allowed to write a letter, and then photocopy it a hundred times, without ever needing to worry about the envelope
