This program is a PHP form system that uses a text file as a list of email addresses that is queried (instead of a MYSQL database) to send out an email (it is set to HTML emails). This system is based upon the phpFormGenerator system (http://phpformgen.sourceforge.net/).
I have included directions within the files on how to make it that only certain designated users can send emails (with a username and password that is in mail-include.php . I cannot guarantee that with the system, as I have it, will have your username(s)/password(s) will be secure (PHP, however, will only show the user the bare minimum amount of text as necessary). You may want to put a SSL and/or password-protect the file.
With large mailing lists, the program may not work because it takes up a lot of resources on the Apache server and the server may not be able to handle so many requests at once.
Please read through the code before you implement.
