This application (based on AppleScript, PHP and mplayer) will traverse any given directory and search for movies. It will then make the XML files for ATVFiles, download subtitles (dutch only at the moment) and create a screenshot for series or download the cover for movies.

Now also works with "unsorted" movies
I added a new preference setting which allows to have all movies just thrown together in one big folder. As I do not have a similar setup, I did not have a lot of data to test with. Please send feedback if you think I missed something!
