This mod adds a full portal system ( phpbb3.01 and W3C compliant) to your phpbb board withe the following features :
full portal admin (with update warning when a new realease is available) specific portal header can be enabled/disabled ( with logo and images links management)
**design of portal:
top blocks/ left-center-right blocks / bottom blocks
portal index ( mix of portal blocks and index page of forum)** full blocks admin management:
blocks can be enabled/disabled, moved up/down, changed from column
blocks can be edited/cancelled
blocks permissions can be managed: all/registered/moderators/admins
separate inactive blocks management
block adding feature enabled
note : block management by use of selection icons without page change

space between columns management**
