CMS.txt is a free, open-source content management system which allows you to easily manage web pages.
CMS.txt presently boasts a simple theme and templating system which can also be used to implement color schemes. Currently, CMS.txt fully supports PHP and HTML files with the ability to use for additional functionality. Support for simple text files is coming very soon.
