frank is a simple php system, allowing the user to manage, organize and publish articles in somewhat like a blog. Appart from being able to have a close look at states of reviews of articles, it enables you to watch your finances, upload and share files, centralizing your work.
frank can easily be extended since it is build upon a simple package based framework.
