This project aims to provide GdkPixbuf loader for PSD file format. GdkPixbuf is part of GTK and applications like Eye of GNOME and gThumb use it to handle image loading. Loader provided by this project will let those apps open PSD images.
Currently the loader handles only RGB images with 8-bit color depth. Alpha transparency is not supperted (yet).
I"m not very experienced with C & GTK development, so some help and comments would be appreciated. Suggestions about packaging are welcome as well.
This implementation is based on this specification and PHP PSD Reader.
