MWACSL is an Aspect-Oriented and Model-Driven approach for software development in the context of web applications. MWACSL uses domain specific languages for dealing with the different concerns of a system, whether crosscutting or not. Each concern is separated at a platform independent modeling level by means of a concern specific language.
MWACSL combines two levels of separation (AOSD provides a horizontal separation, while an MDA-based architecture provides a vertical separation), and two different views of MDSD (Model-Driven Architecture and Domain-Specific Languages). The horizontal separation is achieved by means of Concern Specific Languages (CSL"s).
