Simulador de radar distribuido
Este proyecto esta basado en pcarpa, mejorandolo en varios aspectos, las principales mejoras son:
* Mejorado la interfaz para ser mas parecida a un ARPA real
* Arquitectura cliente/servidor para una simulacion mas realista
* Disminuido drasticamente el consumo de CPU
