Talis Aspire (http://www.talisaspire.com) is a resource list management system for Higher Education institutions.
This project, made available under the LGPL license, allows Talis Aspire customers to integrate with the Blackboard Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)/Learning Management System (LMS), by providing a building block.
This building block can be installed on Blackboard Learn 9.x to provide dynamic links from the Bb course pages to course resource lists in Talis Aspire. The building block requires zero configuration from the perspective of the academic user.
As this building block is a Module Type building block, you must have the Blackboard Community License to use it.
This software is currently in beta. You install and use it on the understanding that it may contain errors or defects.
