Social DC 311 This application was developed to provide residents of District of Columbia with a better way to submit requests regarding various aspects of our day-to-day life that needs to be fixed in one way or another. With this application the user can submit a request, see history of the submitted requests and be recognized as a most attentive submitter. Social DC 311 Solution interacts with the user via two interfaces: * Flash UI, which is accessible as Facebook Widget (undergoing the Facebook approval). * IPhone application, it is currently going through the approval process at Apple, so we cannot provide you with the link to the application just yet.
