Info This program is a Myrimatch "clone" written from the ground up with performance in mind. It uses OpenCL for the bulk of its computation and runs on multi-core processors, AMD, and Nvidia GPUs, offering up to an order of magnitude more performance than Myrimatch. Furthermore, it can collaboratively use all resources in a machine (e.g. the CPU and zero or more GPUs) to get even faster results. At present, Ubuntu Linux is the only system we"ve tested, but it may work in cygwin as well.
