基于联通SGIP1.2接口库开发的简单短消息平台，支持参数配置，日志记录功能。同时与后台数据库集成，自动将接收到的消息写入数据库的MO_Log表，同时将发送出去的消息写入MT_Log表,失败的话记录失败原因.MT_Log表的FinishFlag字段表示发送是否成功，FinishFlag = 0表示正在短信中心等待,发送成功的话FinishFlag=1,失败的话=2,如果发送失败，将在ErrorDescribe字段中记录失败原因。 数据库可以是Access,SqlServer2000,Oracle,或者Sybase等，只要有MO_Log,MT_Log表即可。也可以建立一个发送表，将要发送的消息写入该表，然后程序定时检测该表的内容，有新记录的话就发送出去。 程序现在用的是ACCESS数据库，如果要改用其它数据库的话，需要更改数据库的连接字符串。-Unicom SGIP1.2 based interface for the development of a simple SMS platform to support parameter configuration, logging function.
