IBPDWCM是一个支持自定义表单和自定义模版的web内容管理系统，该项目是整个IBPD信息化项目中的一部分，另外还有SSO系统（统一用户管理和单点登录）、Search系统（基于索引的检索系统）、comment系统和form系统（自定义表单和流转系统）。
