Converts PDB file format to TXT. The source code was partialy taken from "Haali Reader" and changed to work on Linux. Now, it works also on win32!

* pdb2txt output is now a clear text
* vlna_pipe escapes html and adds Czech language unbreakable spaces ( )
* compiled for win32 and added binary package
* rare invalid pdb format recognizing fix
