This project simulates the bank queue procedure.
The customer gets a ticket when come into the bank.
The ticket has 3 possible types: COMMON, EXPRESS and VIP.
There are 6 service windows. 4 of them are COMMON windows. one EXPRESS window and one VIP window.
When no EXPRESS/VIP customer is waiting, EXPRESS/VIP window can serve COMMON customer.
