Gobl is a content management system designed for CLI usage, but it has web GUI for convenience and to provide structure for new users. Once a user is comfortable w/ Gobl, it can be used without the web GUI, if desired. http://gobl.me runs gobl.
Source code is under Artistic License 2.0.
NEWS:
The feature list has now reached a stable point. I will mainly do bug fixing, if there is any incoming report, and maintain the documentation. I am moving on to my next side project. Thanks for your support.
