Mission of EMCODE
Software can help disaster management. But we need a community of software developers working on the same code base in order to assimilate the multitude of stand-alone apps out there that all do the same thing: prepare for, mitigate, respond to, and recover from disasters. emcode will become the hub to this network of disaster management and software technology.
