This set of software tools are meant to help an Ocean Research Team to organise their data center.
At present date they include:
netCDFLoader which templates, creates and loads observational data into netCDF files with the FISUA v0.0 standard, a substandard of SEACOOS v2.0 format.
ncgen to create netcdf files from cdl templates (similar to the netCDF library function with the same name)
search, a set of tools explore the files created under the FISUA v0.0 standard.
