In geographical information systems, the location of a tourist, his preferences, or its location and criteria of choice of cards, are needed to respond intelligently to any request on the one hand navigation (pull-type services : ex. nearest restaurants, apartments for rent in the area, etc..) or to inform on the events that interest to him (push type service: ex. balances in m-commerce).
This requires an interoperability between different geographical databases offering the same services for all scenarios. However, the direct access to these databases is virtually prohibited by reason of safety.
The proposed solution would be to use the web services developed by these providers to make the access and management more abstract.
To do this, two standardization bodies dealing with this concept: W3C (World Wide Web Consortium www. W3.org) by a web services include: Restaurant_finder, etc.. and OGC (www.opengeospatial.org) by its geographical web services OWS (Open Geospatial Consortium
