A mod that tracks who Prayer of Mending is jumping to and how many charges you have left. Displaying it in a small movable window frame with a timer/cooldown bar, sound alert when it has faded, heal tracking to see how much your PoM is healing for, flash frames to let you know if your target has PoM.
