How to Run
How to install this extension locally, for testing.
download all the files from http://code.google.com/p/gdocs-peertracker/source/browse/ into a folder (or git-clone it if you’d like)
in Google chrome, click settings->extensions-> “developer mode”, and then “load unpacked extension” from the folder in the step above.
refresh this GDocs page, the extension should be active. If that doesn’t work, then just close the tab and reopen this page.
