This is a very simple extension that allows you to change the title of a tab. The title will persist until you change it to something else.
Just click the button, type in the title, and be done with it.
(There is also an options page which will let you configure things if you are interested in that sort of thing.)

You can download the featured download to the right to run the latest version of this
extension. Help out in testing by downloading this and reporting your results! Just be
warned that this package is built based on mostly-untested code. If you have this
extension installed from the extension gallery, be aware that you will then have two
versions running at the same time. You may wish to disable/uninstall one of them.
