CPU-DCT-DST is an unoptimized software used to calculate discrete cosine and sine transform based on CUFFT. The current version includes 1D and 2D DCT and DST transforms and their derivations to calculate the 1st derivatives. The staggered-grid version of FFT used to calculate the 1st derivative is also included.
