The Seeder Communications Server (SCS or Seeder) is a "web tool" developed by roperson (http://vscope.tk) to download files from other sites. Roperson is not responsible for the use of SCS. NOTE: For full use, download the Hypertext Protocol (HP) also. NOTE: It is optional to download the HP and it is not required to run SCS.
