When an earthquake is occurred redfeather inform by alarm.
## Environment ##

## How To Use ##
1. Download the latest version from the download page
1. Unzip the zip file
1. Double click readfeather.exe file
1. Set the setting you want to alarm and press the "開始" Button
## Notice ##
Redfeather can not alarm before an earthquake is occurred because it get the earthquake information from Yahoo Japan Weather Information web page. So that it can only inform after updating web page.
