This project has been stopped after discovering Putty Session Manager:

If you combine Putty-SM with PuTTy and WinSCP, you have almost everything I was hoping to acheive with SSHiffon, (but better!)
Take a look at the "Session Editor", which takes the pain out of managing your putty session settings accross multiple servers. Awesome.
