In our university, the students have to keep track of a lot of academic information such as class timetable, assignment deadlines, exams and so on, and the teachers have to communicate with them to provide them with these information. It will be easier for students if the information is provided to them directly in their mobile phones through dedicated application, while the teachers update it in college server dedicated for this. In the beginning of each semester the students are provided with class timetable that is followed throughout the semester. But sometimes there is deviation of class timings and it is difficult for students to remember them. It is necessary for the application to update timetable information in the phone and alert the students as the teacher update them in the server. When assignments will be given to the students, the application should keep track of it and remind the students about approaching deadlines. The teachers can update exam and grade information
