the user story of our client:
The software must support the individual treatment record of the students of Cupang Elementary School. As the school dentist, I need to keep track of the student’s personal information, which consists of the student’s full name (surname, first name and middle initial), grade and section, date of birth, age, sex, place of birth, address, parent/guardian, occupation of the parent/guardian and medical history.
Every year, an oral examination was conducted per student. I need to keep track of the student’s dental record by noting the date of the oral examination and the initial oral health condition of the student, wherein I check if any of the following is observed: Dental Caries, Gingivitis Periodontal Disease, Debris, Calculus, Abnormal Growth, Cleft Lip/Palate, Others (supernumerary/mesiodens, etc.).
