Most LaTeX users sooner or later write their own template to save time with the preamble, document structure, etc.
This is my own template, a small set of files to start writing a LaTeX document straight away. It includes a ChangeLog, and takes care of things such as characters with accents, UTF-8 encoding, or packages I often use in scientific documents.
Note: TempLaTex is not a document class.
