FedoMATIX is a tool (An Installer script) that automates the addition of applications, codecs, which otherwise would have taken much long to manually update the system using the yum command. FedoMATIX also provides softwares that are no available on the Fedora Software Repositories. This makes FedoMATIX a must have for both Fedora LInux Newbies and Experts alike.
FedoMATIX curently allows a menu-driven installation of over 60 different “capabilities”, including Burning and Ripping tools such as Gnomebaker and Ripper (among many more),
Virtualization tools like wine, virtualbox, programming compilers, subversion support, Graphics and scanner utilities, lots of Multimedia Audio and Video Codecs, Players and Managers), File Sharing utilities, browsers, email clients, network monitors and various security tools such as antivirus and network intrusion detectors.
FedoMATIX also has built in support for installing Google softwares like earth, gadgets, picasa. It also instal
