There were many Greasemonkey scripts, written for Leprosorium.ru by users, and it is very difficult to keep track of them. This Firefox extension gathers all the scripts together in one place to make their updating centralized and easy.
Also the addon provides a toolbar (or statusbar) with navigation menu, information about your karma, rating, new stuff and inbox messages.
