Existing programming languages for low-level and systems programming retain twenty years and more of history and heritage. Recent developments in programming paradigms and languages have only be reflected within high-level languages not applicable to numerous fields which have strict resource usage, performance, and system access requirements. Object-Oriented Programming provides the most effective organizational framework for developing large scale applications today, and Structured Programming is the most effective model for representing the machine behavior of computers. INC unifies these and brings a close awareness of the underlying system to the programmer. Additionally, it forms an extremely optimization friendly language which is well suited to address the needs of large-scale projects operating in performance critical and resource constrained environments.
