NOCm stands for NSUers Online Community Monitor. It"s task is to monitor NOC (NSUers Online Community) continuously and notify as soon as there is a new post made in NOC.
The purpose is to keep updated regular members of NOC who might be interested in monitoring NOC, expecting replies in few favorite or urgent topics. Also helpful for Moderators keep their eyes on NOC all time they are online and take proper care of their division.
