Little expansion for cairngorm framework that makes async services (HTTP, Web, Remote) work much easier.
Base aims of ext is:
* add callbacks support for async services calls
* systemize work with async services
* multiple commands execution (sequenced, parallel and combined)
* final callback support for multiple commands execution
tested and improved on real applications
