This project is aimed to develop a set of utility functions that perform certain transformations of polygon geometry. The library is particularly targeted to be used with web-based geo-wiki applications to aid the manual process of creating polygonal geometry for objects with regular shapes (e.g. buildings, city blocks).
Overall, the intention of this library is to detect intended regularities in the shape of the polygon (straight angles, parallel lines, continuous lines, symmetry) and correcting its geometry accordingly.
