Updated version of the jCart wordpress plugin offered by http://conceptlogic.com/jcart/.
Plugin code is now current with non-plugin version of jCart (v1.3.1).
Includes all updates to v1.3 code, plus addition of two custom fields. Additional code updates to address undefined index warnings.
