SSE Identification Algorithm
Here, we provide an algorithm to identify critical sequences concerning sequence-specific errors (SSEs).
SSEs were first described by Nakamura et al.
For more details see the master"s thesis of Manuel Allhoff,
CWI Amsterdam and TU Dortmund (2012). He was supervised by Dr. Tobias Marschall, Dr. Alexander Schoenhuth (both CWI) and Prof. Dr. Sven Rahmann (TU Dortmund).
