RADSimplified is a simple roundtrip code generation tool for generating full blown enterprise ready web applications on Spring 3 (Maven projects for Spring 3 with Hibernate). The generated applications are easily customizable using standard Spring 3 code, which means minimal learning curve for spring developers, and quite safe for CIOs. The metadata is maintained in Open Office Spreadsheet so that manipulation such as copy and paste is really fast.
Security and workflow are nicely incorporated. Applications are designed in such a manner that very little customization can yield quite flexible applications.
Code generation is round trip, i.e. generation and customization can go together in multiple iterations.
