UserCC Plug-in
This Mantis plug-in enable sending a copy of all mails to a given user. Typically one would create a new user (called user cc below) with email adress mantis@company.org which will receive all mails sent by Mantis
Install
Download plug-in sources and copy the contents of the archive in path_to_mantis_website/plugins
(optional) In Mantis create a new user (the user cc). This user will have the email adress which will receive all mails sent by Mantis
in Manage > Manage Plug-ins, install the plug-in
Give the name of the user cc in the plug-in configuration page
Limitations
Mails which are send via reminder are not sent to user cc (Mantis plug-in notification logic doesn"t allow this)
