转移课程管理系统

Every year Oakland University evaluates hundreds of applications for transfer credits. The purpose of an application is to determine if a particular course taken at another institution can be used to fulfill the requirement for a degree at Oakland University. Often several people---such as academic advisers, staffs from the Academic Records Office, department chairs, faculty, and members of some committees---require to act on an application to complete the evaluation. The purpose of this project is to develop a web-based system that receives an application along with all the supporting documents, notifies appropriate people, accepts inputs at different stages of the evaluation, and allows academic advisers to manage the evaluation process.
