The HR Information Management System (HRIMS) project aims at developing an information management system used for managing and storing all the information about the employees in a small organization. This allows online access to the application and better tracking, updating and maintaining the records from one place. The application facilitates the administrator to search and view the details of any employee from the database, as well as to add, update/edit & delete an employee’s record from the database. The application also features a basic leave management system. The Leave Management System streamlines communication between HR and employees, facilitates simple yet efficient management of employee leaves. Leave management ensures that all leave taken and leave requests are properly accounted for. Office staffs can apply, approve and view leave records without the hassle and delay of going through the admin staff ‐ with anytime, anywhere access.
