DocuTrack 2 is functional system developed under ITC-UPLB to allow tracking of documents among offices in UPLB online. A tracking number is to given to a user and through that number, he can get the status of the document that is represented by the given number. The user can also monitor the status of all existing documents that involves his office. He can also evaluate the documents in his office (Approved, Forwarded To, Return to Unit, etc.).
DocuTrack 2 is a Standalone application that tracks the document status as it roams around offices in UPLB. Each document has a barcode attached (sticker or handwritten) that contains information about the document.
This application will be distributed in the offices around UPLB for proper tracking of documents and its status (whether approved, disapprove, etc...).
