Many times in the past few years, a variety of communication and administrative problems have plagued the convention, Anime Evolution, leading to dissatisfied customers who have had to wait a long time for responses and a decrease in productivity and efficiency between and within a variety of departments of AE. The goal of this project is to eliminate paper administration and to reduce the amount of necessary communication both between departments, within departments and between the convention and the attendees while simultaneously speeding up necessary communication between parties. Furthermore, the system will be designed to be as general as possible so it can be adapted beyond just AE.
