Feldur has started a sideline creating WoW addons. His first is a small one
that creates a button that helps you clean gray items -- junk -- out of your
bags.
The junk dumper will, when you click the button, lists the least valuable
gray item in your bags. Click it with the control key held down and it will
destroy that item or, if you have a vendor"s window open, sell it. If you
hold the alt key down it will also look at white items. You can use the
control and alt keys in combination. You can just drag the button to
reposition it.
The /fj or /feljunk commands open a configuration window, or you can use "/fj help" (no quotes) to learn the command line options.
The configuration window has an option to let you automatically sell all gray items when you open vendor windows, as well as several other enable / disable options.
You have to have an addon that reports vendor prices loaded for the junk
