This is an zend action helper that invokes notification handler (lastPostDispatch()) on registered observer for the last dispatched request not redirected. Action controller can implement an interface for lastPostDispatch and automatically they can receive notifications about last action dispatched. You can also retrieve the last saved request for further use. For example , in login context, every requests is saved when you navigate in the site if you extends in yours controllers a base classe which implements that interface. Imagine to have a login box on every page, you want return to the exact request after the login, now you can go to the last saved request!
