Domain Cage is a browser extension for Chrome, which allows you to filter out all http-requests made by ads, user trackers, counters, and other unwanted stuff in visited pages.
While browsing the Web you may encounter inconveniences due to the fact that most of pages are overloaded by widgets, social links, and referrals. They slow down browsing, annoy you, affect your Internet experience as a whole. And it makes it all less safe and private.
Domain Cage will cut off all traffic from 3-d party domains, by default. All domains which are not the same as current page"s domain are treated as blacklisted.
You may add some domains in the TO whitelist - they will become accessible from any page, regardless to that page"s domain.
Also you may add some domains in the FROM whitelist - they will be allowed to issue requests to any external domains, that is they will work the same as if Domain Cage is off.
